::Team Twilight:: Teen Choice Awards: Polls close, 'Twilight' stars top guest list

The big event in Hollywood this weekend is the 2010 Teen Choice Awards, set to convene this Sunday. Officials have announced that the polls are now closed and that they received more votes than last year, perhaps even setting a record. Among the growing number of A-list celebrities topping the guest list are Twilight stars Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Jackson Rathbone, and Nikki Reed. Other big name celebrities participating in the 2010 Teen Choice Awards include Taylor Swift, Zac Efron, Ellen Degeneres, the Kardashian sisters, and even Betty White. Teen Choice 2010 celebrates the hottest teen icons in film, television, music, sports and fashion. The winners are announced during the 2010 Teen Choice Awards, which airs on FOX at 8/7c on Monday, August 9th.

Katy Perry and the Guys of Glee – Chris Coifer, Kevin McHale, Cory Monteith and Mark Salling are hosting the 12th annual star-studded awards event. Below is a list of artists set to perform during the 2010 Teen Choice Awards broadcast:

Early Buzz:
Pop sensation Justin Bieber was presented with his Teen Choice Awards early this year. While on stage at the Theater of Performing Arts at Planet Hollywood Resort Casino in Las Vegas, Shaquille O’Neal presented him with awards for Choice Breakout Artist Male, Choice Top Album, Choice Male Artist and Choice Summer Music Star. His taped acceptance speeches will air during Monday’s FOX broadcast.

'Remember Me' Soundtrack Features Sigur Rós, Sparklehorse, Supergrass, Luscious Jackson & More

Music supervisor Alexandra Patsavas and her team over at Chop Shop must've been feeling very nostalgic for their college rock days in putting together the soundtrack for the forthcoming romantic drama non-"Twilight" Robert Pattinson vehicle "Remember Me."

The tracklisting for the soundtrack has been revealed, and its a surprisingly solid slice of '90s college radio. The disc kicks off with "Alien Lover" from Luscious Jackson's 1999 album "Electric Honey," mixes in The Promise Ring's (God, when we was the last time we listened to them?) "Why Ever Did We Meet" from their landmark "Nothing Feels Good" album and swipes one of The Sea & Cake's best songs, "Parasol," from 1995's "Nassau." We've also got "You Can See Me" from Supergrass' 1997 album "In It For The Money" and "Kandles" from the National Skyline's debut 1996 EP "Metropolis." Damn, we're really feeling our age writing this.

Among the other artists featured on the disc's strong lineup are Sigur Rós, Ani DiFranco and Sparklehorse whose Mark Linkous sadly took his own life this past weekend.

While we have pretty much no interest in the film, we're glad that some Team Edward fans are going to be turned on to some decent music that's probably well before their time. The soundtrack hits stores on Tuesday, March 9th and the film opens on a few days later on March 12th. Full tracklisting and sample tracks below.

Hello my Sparkly Ones,

I have had a long think on this subject today and I have come to a decision.  I have decided The Love Shack is not going to post anymore Remember Me spoiler scenes to the blog.  This is not Twilight, where we all know the story and the outcome.  This is a new movie, a new story - and it's just not fair.  The fandom goes a little apeshit with posting every little thing.  I think this is detrimental to seeing this movie.  I do know the story but many, many people who are new to the Fandom don't know it and it's just not fair to give it all away.

Sooooo.  The Love Shack staff will not post anymore spoilers.  If there are new HOT still shots or info about the Premiere, Red Carpet, Talk Shows and the Press Junket you can trust we will post it.... but we're done with the spoiler scenes.  I do hope you understand and you will go spend your 8 bucks to go see this movie!!!!!

We know where Robert Pattinson was today.

Across the street from our offices—at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art!

But he wasn't exactly checking out any exhibits…

Sources tell us that hottie R.Pattz and his stunning Remember Me costar Emilie de Ravin were there being photographed at the museum (aka LACMA) for Vogue magazine.

I'm told editors at the fashion bible are planning a multipage spread of the twosome for the mag's annual Power Issue that rolls off the presses just in time for Remember Me's March 12 release date.

"The theme is a date at LACMA," one source says.

Photographer Norman Jean Roy is said to have shot them in several spots throughout the museum, including interior and exterior setups. "It's kind of edgy in a Vogue way," the source says. "Emilie is wearing high fashion but it's like sort of tattered-looking. Rob is mainly in suits."

Pattinson arrived at about 9 a.m. before the museum opened. But it's not like art lovers—or Twihards—were going to get a good luck at him during the day anyway. Locations were blocked off with blue tarps and surrounded by security guards.
